Senior game designer for City of Heroes, Phil “Synapse” Zeleski, today revealed the next batch of Power Set Proliferation heading to Paragon City, which you can view below. For those of you wondering about the Dominators, don’t worry, they should be included in the next batch of proliferation in Issue 21.
