Another MMORPG bites the dust

Fans of the The Chronicles of Spellborn have cast their last spell as the game ceased its service yesterday. While this is not a huge surprise as the writing has been on the wall for some time and with players even attempting to unsuccessfully petition Playdom, who purchased Acclaim Games back in May, to reconsider, it's still sad to see another game close down and leave a displaced community.
